Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least two years’ experience working with youth.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to drive a van and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the youth milieu during weekday hours.
• Help Youth with wake-up times and routines and support agency policies.
• Coordinate paperwork and maintain youth files with outside agencies.
• Provide transportation for Youth as necessary, including morning drop-offs.
