Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Hampstead, MD to support multiple departments and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will operate RF scanners, pack and box merchandise, and help move goods through the order fulfillment process with care and speed. Responsibilities include following SOPs, meeting productivity rates, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with teammates to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to meet deadlines/productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner.
• Good attendance/punctuality record; consistently at work and on time.
• Ability to learn new skills and follow directions.
• Good math, counting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Know job functions over multiple departments and assist where backlog exists.
• Induct merchandise to sorter treys and meet productivity rates.
• Pack merchandise from sorter into store boxes per SOP and meet productivity rates.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by following SOPs and using RF equipment.
• Produce correct shipping labels and sort outbound boxes by shipping method.
• Perform packing of ecommerce orders and use multiple packaging techniques.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and escalate where needed.
• Operate RF scanners to process merchandise and move products efficiently.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and use ladders as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist in inventory accuracy and flag large discrepancies.
