Job summary

Mid-willamette Family Ymca Inc. seeks a Part-Time Toddler Aide to support the Toddler program from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. You will greet families, assist with breakfast, circle time, and supervise children during play and activities, helping with transitions and nap time.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1 year of experience with 2-5 year olds, diaper-changing comfort, CPR/AED/First Aid certifications, and enrollment in the CBR registry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and at least 1 yr experience with children aged 2-5 years.
• Comfortable changing diapers and toilet assistance.
• Hold current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications (required before working in the classroom).
• Currently enrolled in the CBR registry.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and interact with parents during morning drop-off.
• Assist with breakfast and circle time.
• Engage children during free play, centers and outdoor activities.
• Support smooth transitions through the morning, lunchtime and start of naptime.
• Assist with potty training and diaper changes as needed.
