Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Oklahoma City is hiring for Team Members to support morning shifts (3am–5am starts) and help prepare coffee, donuts, and other items for guests.

This franchisee offers a flexible schedule, training, advancement opportunities, a 401(k) plan after 6 months, medical benefits for those who qualify, and community involvement. Candidates should be at least 16, able to lift 25 pounds, stand long hours, and provide great guest service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to read basic English.

WINNIN'

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
• You are 16 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
