Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Mustang, OK is hiring for morning shifts with start times between 3am and 5am. As a Team Member, you’ll prepare food and beverages, serve guests, and keep a fast-paced café running smoothly.

We offer flexible full- and part-time schedules, comprehensive training, opportunities for advancement, 401(k) after 6 months, and employee discounts. Candidates must be at least 16, able to stand long periods and lift 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for everyday guest interactions.
• Must be 16 years of age or older where legally allowed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages for customers.
• Provide friendly guest service and maintain a clean work area.
• Operate cafe equipment and support team during busy periods.

WINNIN'

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
• You are 16 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
