Job summary

Dunkin' in Jonesboro, GA is looking for energetic Restaurant Team Members to help prepare quality beverages and foods, provide friendly guest service, and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized.

Shifts include mornings such as 7:00 AM–1:00 PM or 5:00 AM–12:00 PM, and no prior experience is required as we provide training.

You will work closely with managers and teammates to take orders, process payments, and learn menu items while meeting speed-of-service and accuracy goals.

• Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards and recipes.
• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to every guest.
• Take orders and process payments at the front counter and drive-thru.
• Assemble and package orders accurately.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
• Stock products and supplies throughout the shift.
• Learn and communicate menu items, promotions, and limited-time offers.
• Meet speed-of-service and order accuracy expectations.
• Work effectively with managers and fellow team members.
• Maintain organized storage, refrigerated, and stock areas.
