Job summary

Palmetto Moon in Summerville, SC is seeking a Morning Stock Processing Sales Associate. You will stock, organize, replenish and ensure backroom readiness while supporting sales floor coverage and customer service.

The role requires reliable, punctual team members with attention to detail and the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays when needed. Training provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, sort, and prepare incoming merchandise for the sales floor in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ticket, sensor, fold, hang, and organize merchandise according to company standards.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor to maintain a full, shopable store environment.
• Maintain neat, organized, and safe stockroom areas.
• Assist with markdowns, transfers, damages, and inventory tasks as assigned.
• Support store opening readiness by ensuring priority areas are stocked and presentation-ready.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product selection when coverage is needed.
• Maintain knowledge of in-store brands and communicate product features and benefits.
• Maintain visible presence on the sales floor to support customer experience and shrink prevention.
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently when needed.
• Assist with fitting rooms, recovery, merchandising, and overall store cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership to achieve daily goals.
