Job summary

Palmetto Moon in Charleston is seeking a part-time Moon Crew member to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales. You will engage with customers, share product passion, and work as part of a team to meet store goals.

The role requires a friendly, dependable person who enjoys interacting with shoppers, can handle multiple tasks, and is willing to learn. Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service and selling skills

• Maintains visibility on the selling floor, enhancing the service experience
• Knows and properly executes Point of Sale procedures to ensure a quick transaction
• Effectively handles multiple customers
• Communicates effectively with associates and management
• Package customer merchandise with care
• Through floor presence, minimizes shortage
