Job summary

WBCL Radio Network in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking an engaging morning show co-host to connect with listeners and share a faith-based perspective. You will participate in a regular live morning air shift, create digital content, and help shape the show’s creative direction.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years on air, strong written and verbal communication, and experience with Adobe tools and social media content. This role anchors Indiana, Michigan, Ohio audiences and online presence.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ on-air experience (preferably within the CCM market).
• Efficient in production using Adobe or similar tools.
• Efficient and experienced with creating digital/social media content.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, broadcasting, or similar field desired.
