Job summary

eegee’s in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Store Crew Member for morning shifts. You’ll join a fast-moving, friendly team handling guest service, food prep, and store cleanliness with on-the-job training available. Starting at Level 1, you’ll progress through levels with pay increases and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

No prior experience required; we train you. Flexible scheduling supports school, sports, and life while enjoying free meals during shifts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and try new things.
• Ability to multitask during busy drive-thru rushes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills (counting change and quantities).
• Ability to follow recipes and food safety rules.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must have a current Food Handler’s Card.

Responsibilities

• Begin at Level 1 and advance through levels with pay increases.
• Help create great guest experiences, prep food and drinks, and keep the store clean.
• Work as part of a fast, friendly team in the drive-thru.
