Snap Kitchen, LLC. in Houston is seeking a part-time retail operations team member with early morning availability (6AM) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. You will keep the store running at high standards, assist guests, educate on health topics, and help with inventory and POS tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience within a retail, food, or nutrition environment.
• A high school diploma with some college preferred.
• Commitment to the ongoing success of Snap Kitchen.
• Passion, knowledge, and involvement in living a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to remain reserved in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and stock shelves; keep cooler temperatures accurate.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate guests on health topics.
• Answer questions and ask customers key health questions.
• Maintain store hygiene: wipe counters, sweep, keep condiment station clean.
• Create a warm, welcoming store environment for all guests.
• Promote new and popular items, loyalty program, and referrals.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale system; process payments, refunds, and gift cards.
