Job summary

Noah’s New York Bagels in Walnut Creek is hiring a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager to energize the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will coach staff, open/close the store, and uphold quality and safety standards while balancing schedules and customer care.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, and a ServSafe Certification before leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and uphold morale under the General Manager.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow your career; many leaders started as Shift Leaders.
