Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day store operations during morning hours, including opening procedures.
• Schedule, supervise, and support team members and assistant managers.
• Recruit, hire, and train employees focused on delivering friendly, efficient service.
• Ensure the store is clean, stocked, organized, and ready for peak morning traffic.
• Oversee coffee, hot food, and breakfast service to maintain quality and availability.
• Motivate and coach team members to meet performance expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels, reduce shrink, and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Track fuel pricing and stay competitive within the local market.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
• Execute promotions, signage, and in-store marketing displays on time.
• Complete daily reports, paperwork, and system entries accurately.
• Conduct team and safety meetings as needed.
• Step in as needed to perform cashier duties and support the team.
