ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by Myers in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Part-Time Custodial Apartment Facilities Maintenance team member. The role is based at the Atlanta, GA 30339 location and focuses on keeping common areas, grounds, gym, clubhouse, and exterior spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained.

The schedule is three mornings per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM), about 3 hours per shift, with a steady, long-term opportunity and reliable transportation required.

Formación

• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to work mornings after 10:00 AM.
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Blow down all common areas using a gas blower.
• Blow out breezeways and stairwells.
• Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, light fixtures, and railings.
• Wipe down handrails, banisters, spindles, and stair risers.
• General cleaning and maintenance of clubhouses, gyms, and exterior spaces.
