Job summary

Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University is seeking an AM server for full- or part-time shifts to greet guests and deliver meals with a smile. Compensation is $8 per hour plus tips, with opportunities for monthly bonuses and employee meals on site.

Previous serving experience is preferred, but we’ll train the right person. Strong communication, multitasking, and a positive, team-first attitude are essential to thrive in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to obtain a TN ABC card within 60 days of the hire date

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to all guests in our restaurant
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Work closely with team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
