Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn El Paso University – Server AM is a role at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a Server, you’ll be the heartbeat of the dining experience, greeting guests, taking orders, serving with style, and keeping the area spotless while following safety guidelines to ensure every meal is memorable.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality or food & beverage experience is a plus. You may need Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card per state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or food & beverage experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure guest needs are met from start to finish.
• Know the menu inside and out to guide guests and ensure accurate service.
• Juggle multiple tables while keeping spaces clean and service smooth.
• Handle transactions accurately and close checks following security protocols.
• Keep the service area clean and safe, adhering to hygiene regulations.
• Maintain energy and movement throughout the shift with proper stamina.
