Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, operating Ivy Park at Claremont, seeks an Assisted Living Care Provider to support residents with daily living activities and personal care on a 6:00am–2:00pm shift in Claremont, CA. This on-site role offers benefits and a team-focused culture.

Applicants should be 18+, possess a HS diploma or GED, and demonstrate genuine care for the elderly. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety and resident dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan; help with eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety and confidentiality.
• Report any change of condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
