Fowlerville Community Schools Food and Nutrition is seeking a Substitute Cook to support the school kitchen in Fowlerville, Michigan. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of current technology is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods, meat dishes and other foods per kitchen procedures.
• Serves on production line or as cashier as directed.
• Assists in setting up and displaying the serving line for food service.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of equipment and supplies.
• Assists in general kitchen sanitation and safety.
• Assists in managing lunch room and kitchen in the Manager's absence.
