Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service and inventory ordering.
• Full-time schedule offered; hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Creates an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages to company standards.
• Plans menus and ensures timely meal service.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and by email.
• Trains staff and assigns work to promote efficiency.
• Manages daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, timekeeping).
• Maintains proper cash handling per Food Accounting Manual.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Ensures sanitation and safety of facility and employees.
• Develops sanitation schedules and enforces cleaning standards.
• Issues written and oral instructions.
• Assists in selecting and orienting employees.
