Job summary

First Student, Inc. is hiring full-time School Bus Drivers for SmartPick, NY. You will start mornings with student pickups and transport them home in the afternoons, with possible field trips and events. Full-time, split AM/PM routes, weekdays only, no nights or summers required.

No experience is necessary; we provide expert training to help you become a safe, professional driver. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to follow safety protocols and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Assist students with boarding/unloading and seating aids as needed.
• Maintain order on the bus and ensure safety at all times.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
