Job summary

LinPepCo Partnership in Hastings, NE is seeking a non-CDL Delivery Driver to meet customer needs by delivering snack and beverage products and merchandising them to drive sales. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(k).

You will operate a delivery truck, stock and merchandise products, create invoices for vending machines, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring safety and vehicle cleanliness on every route.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate as required for operating in interstate commerce depending on assigned route.
• Working knowledge of Snack software.
• Basic proficiency with handheld devices, computers, and tablets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Commitment to following all safety procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate a delivery truck to transport products to customer accounts
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products in accordance with company standards
• Create invoices for products sold to vending machines and collect cash
• Load and unload the delivery truck each day
• Resolve product or delivery discrepancies
• Reconcile the route daily
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Maintain snack equipment and delivery vehicle to company cleanliness and safety standards
• Complete all required pre- and post-trip inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned
