Job summary

LinPepCo | Local Beverage Distributor is seeking a Delivery Customer Representative to serve customer accounts, stock merchandise, and ensure fresh presentation. You will deliver products, manage documentation, and maintain strong customer relationships across assigned routes.

The role emphasizes safety, tablet use, and adherence to DOT regulations, with comprehensive benefits and daily hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on selected weekdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 21.
• Ability to obtain a pallet jack certification.
• General knowledge of merchandising practices.
• Basic proficiency with tablets and related technology.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to following all safety procedures.
• Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a delivery truck to transport products to assigned customer accounts.
• Prepare, receive, and provide required documentation for deliveries and pickups.
• Reconcile the route daily and submit DSD reports.
• Stack and place products according to customer specifications.
• Retrieve empty pallets and shells from customer backrooms.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in compliance with company standards.
• Complete all required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
