Simon & Schuster US is seeking a 1st shift Replenisher at our Riverside, NJ Distribution Center. The role uses RF devices to pick customer orders for split‑case replenishment and involves pallet jack operation and equipment like rider jacks.

The ideal candidate will lift up to 50 lbs, stand for the shift, work independently or with others, follow safety policies, and be flexible with ASAP replenishment and overtime. Benefits align with company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. continuously including overhead.
• Able to stand on feet for entire shift.
• Able to use RF scanner.
• Experience using pallet jack.
• Able to work independently.
• Flexible to replenishment ASAP orders.
• Able to follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Able to effectively communicate when needed.
• Overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders for Split Case replenishment using supervisor directions.
• Use of pallet jack and rider jack operations.
• Complete work accurately and timely.
• Perform moves, cycle counts, pack out and re-box excess stock weekly.
• Work independently or with coworkers as needed.
• Take direction from leads when in other areas of split case.
• Other duties as assigned.
