As part of a large foodservice organization, you will work with the Chef to meet production needs, handle equipment safely, and maintain quality while delivering friendly service at multiple stations.

Qualifications

• Prepares items following established recipes and production sheets.
• Tastes meals to ensure quality and safety per HACCP guidelines.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment per department procedures.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Follows recipes and production sheets to prepare items.
• Completes documentation and logs as required, following sanitation rules.
• Delivers food to service areas and serves customers efficiently.
• Respects food safety and sanitation regulations.
