You will wash, cut, portion, cook, and package ingredients, check freshness, and communicate shortages to culinary leadership. This role supports the culinary team with organization, adherence to safety, and teamwork in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Prep cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and ability to follow recipes and prep lists.
• Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of product rotation, sanitation, and allergen procedures.
• Food Handler certification required or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Review prep lists and priorities at the start of the shift.
• Wash, cut, portion, cook, and package ingredients according to approved recipes.
• Complete production in the sequence needed for current and upcoming service.
• Check ingredients and finished items for freshness, quality, and consistency.
