Job summary

University Book Store is seeking a morning Operations Assistant in Seattle to maintain the look and cleanliness of our flagship store. The role is part-time, 15 hours per week, with a set early-morning schedule from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

You will handle exterior cleaning tasks such as pressure washing, sweeping, and window washing, and assist with interior cleaning. The job requires reliability, independence, and the ability to work with a team when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Early morning availability required.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Willing to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior cleanliness of building and surrounding area.
• Perform pressure washing, sweeping, and mopping; window washing.
• Assist with interior cleaning as needed.
