Qualifications

• Proven experience as a radio host, anchor, or reporter, morning drive preferred.
• Strong knowledge of radio operations and scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Social media savvy with audience engagement ability.
• Must reside in or relocate to Raleigh area.

Responsibilities

• Anchor live weekday morning news from 5AM to 9AM.
• Deliver weather, traffic, and updates clearly and engagingly.
• Conduct live and pre-recorded interviews with newsmakers.
• Collaborate with VP of News and contributors on content.
• Oversee daily station operations and scheduling.
• Ensure FCC compliance and broadcast standards.
