Job summary

Waters Edge Lodge is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech for the day shift. This role administers medications, responds promptly to residents' needs, and reacts timely to resident pull cords/alerts, under a regular full-time schedule of 4-on, 2-off.

The position offers a stable on-site work environment with shift times 6:00am-2:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm, on-call/PRN options, and a team dedicated to safe, compassionate care for elderly residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 months experience or equivalent education in the healthcare environment.
• Ability to speak English clearly to elderly residents.
• Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals.

Waters Edge Lodge is currently seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech for the day shift.

Pay Rate- $23.80 per hour

The primary functions of a Med Aide/Med Tech are to:

• Administer medications
• Respond to residents' needs promptly
• React timely to resident pull cords/alerts

We are looking forfull time employees.

• Regular full-time schedule is 4-on, 2-off
• Hours alternate from 6:00am-2:30pm and 8:30am-5:00pm
• On-call/PRN also available

Minimum qualifications are:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 12 months experience or equivalent education in the healthcare environment
• Ability to speak English clearly to elderly residents
• Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
