Snooze Colorado Springs (North Academy) is hiring a Host to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and support the dining room in a fast-paced breakfast setting. You will maintain the host stand and station areas, ensuring guests are seated promptly and receive friendly service.

The role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, and basic familiarity with POS and iPad systems. Minimum age is 17, and equal opportunity employment is offered.

• Must be able to work standing for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
• Welcome guests and thank them as they leave.
• Seat guests promptly and manage the waitlist using iPad/POS system.
• Answer phones and place to-go orders in the POS system.
• Assist with food delivery and bussing tables as needed.
