Egg Harbor Café Highlands Ranch in Colorado is seeking Hospitality Support Team members to join our front-of-house crew as hosts, food runner/drink runner, barista, and busser. You’ll help welcome guests, seat them, take care of to-go orders, and support servers to ensure a smooth, friendly dining experience.

Shifts start early with weekend and holiday peaks; we emphasize a positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working in a team environment and be reliable and self-motivated.
• Positive attitude, flexible, energetic, and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a polite and friendly approach and seat them promptly.
• Take guest information and quote wait times when tables are not readily available.
• Hand out to-go orders, clear plates, and maintain a clean, tidy dining area.
• Support other departments as needed and perform opening/closing side work.
