Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a Morning Caregiver in Medford, OR to provide compassionate, in-home support that helps seniors live safely and independently in their own homes. You will assist with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, and safety monitoring, while documenting care notes in our mobile app and coordinating with the office.

No prior caregiving required, but a background check, reliable transportation, and good English

Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Build relationships through companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Ensure safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Follow care plans and document daily care notes using the mobile app.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
