Right at Home in Medford, OR is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate, in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities, helping them live safely and independently at home.

You will perform personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and assist with mobility, while following care plans and documenting daily notes. A positive attitude and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Build meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Follow individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
