Base pay range

$12.00/hr - $12.00/hr

Kneaders Bakery and Cafe (Riverwoods) is currently hiring a Grill Cook for the morning shift - 6am to 2pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all breakfast orders neatly and accurately while displaying a great sense of urgency.
• Assist with food preparation neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items.
• Exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude.
• Clean as directed while ensuring all cleaning responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Understand and follow proper food, serving, and cleanup procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work fast and accurately while working with a team.
• Must be hardworking, self-motivated, dependable, and fun to work with.
• Must be able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Must be organized and meticulous, with a heart for hospitality and a positive attitude.
• Ability to smile throughout the shift and maintain a great attitude.
• Approachable, welcoming, and a team player who is teachable.
• Willing to ask questions and bring up concerns to management.
• Some food/restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work during the holiday season.
• Willing to be flexible with work schedule if needed.
• Starting pay is $12.00 per hour.
