• Cooking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers efficiently and ensures items are at correct temperatures and visually appealing.
• Uses established recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely between workstations and storage areas.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends safety meetings and follows safety procedures.
