Job summary

Marsden Services in Morgantown, WV seeks a dependable janitorial helper for early-morning shifts. You’ll clean restrooms, empty trash, sweep and mop, keeping facilities sanitary and orderly. The role offers a sign-on bonus and daily pay, with room to grow within a respected national facility services provider.

Applicants must pass a background check, be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and commit to a reliable schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30am–9:30am.

Sign-On Bonus Available - $300 Total

New hires are eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus, paid in installments of:
$100 after 30 days of employment
$100 after 60 days of employment
$100 after 90 days of employment

Employees must remain actively employed and in good standing to receive each installment. Attendance policy requirements apply and employees must meet attendance standards during each eligibility period to qualify for bonus payments.
