Tim Hortons in Williamsville is seeking friendly part-time Front of House Customer Service Team Members for weekday mornings (8am-4pm). Fridays are mandatory. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages and food, and maintain a clean dining room and drive-thru area.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest experiences, teamwork, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced Tim Hortons environment. Prioritize guest satisfaction and positive interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Create a positive first impression by maintaining a clean and inviting dining room, parking lot, and wearing proper attire.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through a friendly attitude, attentive behavior, and in-depth product knowledge.
• Process food orders and prepare food and beverage items.
• Keep the front counter and drive-thru area clean, organized, stocked, and ready for rush periods.
• Follow all REV procedures to ensure freshness and accuracy of products.
• Adhere to all restaurant policies, sanitation guidelines, and safety procedures.
