Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Prep Helper in Eagle Mountain, UT. This full-time position offers weekday morning shifts with an hourly wage of $19.50.

You will assist in preparing and serving vibrant menus while keeping work areas clean and tidy, and you will contribute with friendly customer service to brighten guests’ days. Responsibilities include reading recipes, preparing hot and cold foods, sanitizing stations, and potentially cooking vegetables or chicken for salads.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of related experience is beneficial.
• Team oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturing of a healthy/safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Reads recipes and prepares hot and/or cold foods using a variety of kitchen utensils/equipment.
• Clean and sanitize work stations and production equipment.
• May have basic cooking responsibilities, i.e., cook vegetables, chicken for salads.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
