Simple Bloom is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and efficient Part-Time Flower Farm & Bouquet Assistant to help harvest and prepare our locally grown flowers for farmers markets.

The role starts at 8:00 AM, Monday, Friday, and Saturday, with up to 6 hours per day, and is a morning-start position. You will harvest, sort, bunch, and prepare flowers and assist with bouquet arranging and farm clean up.

Qualifications

• Farm, floral harvesting or bouquet-arranging experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Harvest fresh flowers from the field.
• Clean, sort, bunch, and prepare harvested flowers.
• Assist with arranging flowers into bouquets.
• Prepare and organize flowers for farmers markets.
• Handle flowers carefully to maintain quality.
• Keep flower preparation and work areas clean and organized.
• Help with weeding when harvesting and bouquet work is completed early.
• Assist with general farm cleanup.
• Help with other farm duties as needed.
