Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician for Primark MOA in Bloomington, MN. The role involves operating floor care equipment and maintaining floors in a high-traffic retail environment, with a morning shift and approximately 24 hours per week.

No prior floor care experience is required as training is provided; 18+ and reliable transportation are needed. Weekly pay and direct-hire position offer opportunities for growth and independence in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards.
