Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services seeks a 1st shift Extruder 2 Associate to support extrusion operations, material handling, quality checks, and production activities. You will work with the Extruder Team to ensure safe, efficient production that adheres to quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating extrusion equipment, handling materials, and performing setup/changeovers as directed. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to learn and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of extrusion equipment and production machinery.
• Load and move raw materials and finished products as needed.
• Monitor the extrusion process and watch for quality or production issues.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments as directed.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Assist with troubleshooting and report equipment or product issues to the appropriate team member.
• Perform routine production tasks to keep the extrusion line running efficiently.
• Work as part of a team to meet production, quality, and waste-reduction goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
