Job summary

KNXV-TV in Phoenix seeks an experienced Executive Producer to lead the morning news team, overseeing content across platforms and shaping stories that wake up the Valley. You will manage a skilled team of journalists and work with editors, producers, and the assignment desk to select coverage that informs and engages viewers.

The role requires strong editorial judgment, knowledge of journalistic ethics, and the ability to develop effective workflows.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• Generally, 8+- years of experience in related field preferred.
• Generally, 5+ years previous new producing experience preferred.
• Prior managerial experience preferred.

Scripps' ABC affiliate, is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to oversee our morning newscasts and shape the stories that wake up the Valley. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
