Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Dishwasher in Independence Village Aurora. The role focuses on washing and unloading dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china and equipment, with a schedule from 8am to 2pm. You will work closely with the culinary team to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

The position emphasizes teamwork, positive attitude, reliable communication, and residents' guest relations in a senior living environment. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
