Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring servers at The Residence at Chadds Ford for full-time morning shifts. You will provide a high level of customer service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere and work with the Culinary Services Director and Executive Director to satisfy residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a dining setting.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proficient English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Set tables per LCB standards and serve residents and guests.
• Review daily menus with residents and take accurate meal orders.
• Deliver orders, clear used dishes, and assist with dining room maintenance.
• Support dining enhancement programs and special events; assist with banquets.
