Charter Foods in North Carolina is seeking energetic Crew Members for Customer Service and Food/Kitchen roles. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and ensure a clean, safe dining area while supporting delivery partnerships and maintaining fast-paced service.

No prior experience required; must be 16 or older, able to stand long hours, read safety rules, and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling and paid training are provided to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and training materials.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests.
• Accurately take orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with Delivery Partners.
• Keep work areas clean; wipe tables, wash dishes, sweep and mop floors.
• Explain menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and workstations.
• Use ovens, fryers, grills, and various kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
