Job summary

Aspen One in Denver seeks a Cook II to support the Executive Chef with menu preparation, production and service in a fast-paced kitchen. Maintain cleanliness, follow recipes and safety standards, and ensure timely, high-quality dishes.

Ideal candidates have culinary training and 1–2 years in a commercial kitchen. Full-time morning shifts are preferred; pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on budget and experience, with applications accepted through Aug 23, 2026.

Qualifications

• Culinary school diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Serv Safe or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Prepare and serve items according to recipes and chef specs.
• Follow daily prep lists for timely service.
• Assist with storage and receiving of food deliveries.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and train others as needed.
• Engage with guests at service when applicable.
• Ensure portion sizes and presentation meet standards.
