Aspen One in Denver seeks a Cook II to support the Executive Chef with menu preparation, production and service in a fast-paced kitchen. Maintain cleanliness, follow recipes and safety standards, and ensure timely, high-quality dishes.
Ideal candidates have culinary training and 1–2 years in a commercial kitchen. Full-time morning shifts are preferred; pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on budget and experience, with applications accepted through Aug 23, 2026.
The Cook II participates in the preparation, production & service of menu items according to the direction of their manager. The Cook II is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food items following established recipes and safety standards. This position requires maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while ensuring food is prepared in a timely manner and to the highest quality standards. This position reports to the Executive Chef.
Preferred work schedule and shift availability is full time in the morning from 6am to 3pm.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour; actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.
