Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services – Vacaville is seeking Compassionate Care Partners to assist seniors in Rio Vista, including the Trilogy Retirement Community. You’ll provide care, companionship, and practical support in a home setting, helping with daily routines and mobility.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with commuter incentives and review-based raises. The role offers training, 24-hour office support, and flexible scheduling within client needs.

Qualifications

• Personal care and assistance with ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Help seniors stay safe, comfortable and independent at home.

The Care You’ll Provide

Our Care Partners help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

Your day may include:

• Personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Encouragement and emotional support
• Helping seniors maintain their routines and independence

PAY, SUPPORT & OPPORTUNITY

Level III starting pay: $19.00 per hour
