Actikare Responsive In Home Care is hiring caregivers, CNAs or HCAs to support seniors in Bothell and surrounding areas. Flexible weekday and weekend shifts with 4-hour blocks and reliable transport required. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, plus benefits.

We seek compassionate professionals with strong English communication, reliability, and a dedication to preserving independence at home for clients who value dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington (or in training)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Ability to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Respectful and compassionate bedside manner
• Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to perform required tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements

• ActiveCNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
