Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Breakfast/Lunch Delivery Attendant to brighten guests' days by delivering food and beverages with warmth and hospitality. You will set up service areas, stock stations, and deliver items to rooms, ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, addressing inquiries, maintaining clean stations, managing inventory, and upholding health and safety standards to protect guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Shift Pattern: 7 AM to 3 PM, including weekends and holidays
• Greet guests, assist during stay, address inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure an exceptional experience
• Set up for service, stock serviceware, prepare coffee and/or bar stations, and deliver food and beverages to rooms
• Maintain service stations, keep them clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
• Manage serviceware and inventory, collect used items, restock the kitchen
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to protect guests and team members
