Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a Breakfast Attendant to help create a warm, welcoming morning experience for guests. You will set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast area while ensuring cleanliness and friendly service.

You will handle food safety, monitor quality, greet guests, assist with inventory, and break down the area at close. Early starts (as early as 5AM) and weekend availability are required; training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Applicant will be assisting in breakfast setup and guest service.
• Must adhere to health and safety guidelines for food handling.
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the breakfast area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Requires early start times often as early as 5AM, weekends and holidays.
• Weekend availability is required
